T & F’s decision to cater to the customers successfully for its products would require fulfilling training and consultation needs for the products so that the following can be achieved:
• Better reliability
• After-sales service concept
• Complete knowledge transition to get the best out of their product
• Competitiveness
• Brand image for better support and maintenance of the product
Their turmoil over the decision to either make a company or create a separate division for its services is the problem at the very instance.

The development of a new department in the company would entail the following benefits:
• Save costs to its running and management
• Better management of the department by the company officials
• Greater coordination of the various aligning department of the enterprise
• Representing the requirements to the management quite easily
• Getting along with the management decisions quite firmly
• Any loopholes in the decision-making and resource allocation would be of greater relevance
• The cost of infrastructure and management of human resources would be done effectively
• The communication would flow swift

The very idea of putting up the new company dedicated to training and consultation requirements would carry new benefits:
• Carry out operations individually for better access to organizational requirements
• The allocation of resources to be aligned would be dedicated to the exact requirements of the company
• Decision-making for the planning and operation requirements is quite effective
• Keeping the employees dedicated to a good amount of activity for the firm's objectives is quite essential for the development of the firm.
• Separate planning and strategies can be formed after the development of the company and its related objectives.

Evaluating the above, the most beneficial would be to derive a department for T & F so that they can capitalize on resources and make the most out of it. The very difference would be that it would be under the direct influence of the enterprise on the whole so that proper management and control are exercised for the department.
The competitive advantage of the firm would be a positive signal for getting the products across and making the right kind of move for getting the job done. The training requirements for the firm’s products can be arranged in a separate division for the company to plan and would take care of such requirements.

Creating a new division for the sake of catering to the training requirements would enhance the aims of the company so that they can meet the company policies and at the same time take full advantage of the brand image of the company on the whole.

The training and consultation requirements form a major requirement of the company and would entail the greater allocation of resources at their disposal and management commitment are the strongest point for getting the proper management of the new division of the firm.

The catering of the services to the customers would meet the objectives of the firm so that they can render better services in the form of getting the products to perform better and rendering after-sales service.

It has been pointed out that the negative sequence of the profit margin is due to costs incurred by the company so that they can manage the company’s resources. A new division is more beneficial to establish a new separate company so that they can cut costs and take the operations to a new different level.
The training demands for the products are likely to increase the bulk of orders and would promote a sense of vision for the marketing of the products so that it can be taken up to achieve the goodwill of the customers at a large scale.

Creating a new company for meeting the training demands would entail the separation of some employees to the new organization which would be quite a loss of morale for some employees to take up more opportunities keeping their jobs aside. Another process would be to allocate a separate set of resources for taking care of the training requirements of the firm’s products. It would prove beneficial in the long run. Read More
