Pros: The World Wide Web is used as a communication tool. The WWW revolutionized easy access to communication through electronic mail (email). Once an individual started utilizing this form of communication and expression, it becomes part of one’s life. The good thing about this is its continuous growth and development in terms of technological advancement and the emergence of new and more sophisticated applications and programs. (Boswell )Cons: Some people still do not have access to this form of technology due to database technology and language barriers.
