Staff Development: Training helps to increase the level of knowledge of the employee´s to expand the horizons of the staff. Staff Development: Training helps to increase the level of knowledge of the employee´s to expand the horizons of the staff. Productivity: Training helps the employee´s productivity and the development of skills to achieve long-term goals. Team Spirit: Training and staff development help to add a positive spirit ambiance to the group and assist them in achieving their objectives.

 Culture of Employees: Training helps to increase the education of the staff and helps them know how to cope with practical difficulties as a group. Quality: Training helps to increase the quality of work and improve and build work, taking into consideration the customer service satisfaction component. Morals: Training and development help to improve the staff´s morale and help them trust the environment they work in. Profit: Training helps in increasing the profitability of the organization and follow the right strategy to continue to increase it in the future.

In addition, training contributes to the development of managerial and leadership skills, such as, loyalty and motivation and it also helps to work with the staff. Training is not only important with the staff within the organization, but it is also important to update them with the new technology and software. Some businessmen are interested in training as they are certain that training is an important element to improve organizational performance and increase productivity, therefore, the profitability.

The business training is part of the investment of an organization. Many of the organizations send their staff members to train in specialized centers for the high level of efficiency of employee returns. These pieces of training help the colleagues to work together and learn from each other and exchange experiences with some of the veteran employees. Several questions arise concerning training. These are:  What is the benefit of training the staff? What are the benefits that the organization that I work for will receive?

 Is the training adequate for the work that I perform? The Director of Human Resources is fully responsible for the training of the staff. He or she needs to identify what the weaknesses and the strengths of the organization are and where they are. Once the weaknesses are identified then proceed to train the personnel where need be. There are several ways to build a culture of training in the workplace. These are: Firstly: You must take the necessary steps to refine the skills of the staff and inform them about the importance of training.

We must ensure that the office of human resources supports them. Secondly: Communicate with the staff and clarify the specific training programs offered to them and the expected results. Thirdly: Create an environment of successful training programs for the staff and provide training in theory and practice.
