To utilize feedback there has to be a formal system for the employees to provide their feedback input. A way simple system that could be used is the collection of information using anonymous tips. A feedback box could be placed in wall of the building so that the employees can provide ideas anonymously. Along with this system there is a need for the employees to officially express their ideas. A way to accomplish feedback communication is to have a weekly meeting will all the employees. The employees in the one hour meeting can provide the manager will lots of feedback. During the hour meeting the majority of the will be dedicated to collecting feedback from the employees.
Keeping the lines of communication open is essential to achieve synergy in a team. Synergy occurs when the whole is larger than the sum of its parts. Working in a team setting is advantageous because the best traits and attributes of each team member are combined to create a more valuable working unit.
