It is recommended that the quality of service at the hotel needs to be improved further. This recommendation is based on the analysis of the primary and secondary research. 35% of the customers who formed the sample population were delighted with the service of the hotel.

The findings of this study reveal that economic hotels, though, might have a very limited business scope, but strategically they are required to align their objectives with the operational capacities. This study aims at evaluating and understanding the strategic management of economy hotels in China and determining its impact on the attainment of economy hotels’ goals and objectives.
