She decided to give a lower version or brand. In short, she thought I did not have the money to pay for an expensive cellphone. My personal impression was that I was not treated properly because of my appearance. The salesgirl, with her make-up and everything, though I am someone who aspired to buy or take a look at something way beyond my financial means. I had to repeat my request several times because at first, she pretended not to hear me very well. It was obvious she was hesitant to show me the Nokia model that I pointed out to her.

I thought of making a complaint to the owner for my shabby treatment. A satisfied customer is the best advertiser for any business There is no reason to be rude and render bad service. A customer is a king! (Tschohl, 1993).
