Have you ever wondered why most of these medical professionals find it very difficult for them to quit smoking whereas there are some people without medical background who could easily resist the temptation of smoking? If cigarette smoking is really addicting, how come there are some people who smoke but can anytime control their mind and convince themselves not to smoke?

This personal lens gives one a very personal view of what is happening. This is the theme of three of the stories that were studied – “The Brothers Shu,” “The Cure,” and “Sinking.” Part of this is because these stories are told either through the perspective of a child; or somebody who might not be an adult, but was a child during the events of the story; or somebody who is a young adult.
That is especially important for the army leaders who should essentially remain highly cautious and attentive at all times about those working under them as mismanagement of behavior in the armies can lead to terrible consequences for the entire nation. This remains true in the case of all organizations also running on either small or bigger level as appropriately managed behavior of the employees holds utmost importance for both the leader and the company.
Since the life of one individual is directly influenced by the society he belongs to, many socio-economic and political features of his demographic circle have significant influence on the extent of his rights to decide the number of children. If desired level of clarity is directly given to this debate, one can easily suggest that mankind is not an endangered species and so it can be doubtlessly a subject of surveillance of different nations to decide birth control for preventing a population explosion.
