The world has turned into a global village and it is for this reason that I believe that the cultural richness present at Baruch College due to the presence of students from diverse cultures, will greatly enhance my understanding of the people and circumstances of different parts of the world.

The ethnic diversity present at Baruch College will help me develop productive relationships with people from different part of the world, and this will definitely be fruitful for me in coming future. Undergraduate education level does not provide sufficient opportunities regarding career development. Pursuing a graduation degree has always been on top of list of my goals in life. My ultimate goal is to become the leader of a team of extremely competent and devoted group of individuals involved in international business activities.

A graduation degree appears to be the main reason which is and will continue to prevent me from achieving this goal of mine. I understand that completing a graduation program does not in any way guarantee instant employment, however I do hope that this qualification of mine will be of immense help to me in coming future. Attaining financial self sufficiency through engaging in business activities which are not only beneficial to me, but also to the community as a whole, and to the whole world at large, by putting into use the knowledge obtained during the process of graduation will provide satisfaction beyond my imaginations.

My dream of helping those who are unable to help themselves will only come true if I am qualified enough to guide others who are in need of guidance. Surviving in any business in today’s world is largely dependent upon one’s knowledge of the real circumstances of the business environment. Provided that I have graduated in business studies, I shall be the best person to guide others towards a bright future in business, while at the same time I will be able to take a leading position in the society.
