Esha is a good debater. She has a strong voice and delivers complex sentences with ease.Esha is not good at writing. She has difficulty working with adverbs and adjectives. The teacher analyzes the students’ reading, writing and communication abilities regularly. He pays attention to each and every student so that their individual abilities come out and show. He calls them one by one and asks them questions relating to grammar and tenses. For example, He gives them a word and asks its past tense.

He gives them a sentence and tells them to choose nouns, verbs, articles, and adjectives. He gives them class tests and lets them make simple presentations regarding phrases and idioms. He uses technological tools like multimedia to show them presentations with colored images and animations to make then better comprehend grammar rules. He makes them choose topics for themselves to write simple essays upon and then lets them read one paragraph from their essays. He encourages them to ask questions about each other’s cultures so that they are better able to socialize.

He also helps them consult books from the library to have a better grasp of grammar rules. One strategy I would like to implement is to make the students prepare simple plays to be performed within the class. This will help them utilize their knowledge of tenses and will help them learn better communication and use of long sentences.
