Nursing has always been a profession of respect and dignity. With the increasing knowledge about medicine and relative diseases it has been seen that nursing has grown from a profession to be an act of service. I have always been interested in serving individuals living in this world and nursing is the profession which best serves my interests. Nursing is a profession which requires hard work and devotion and I have dedicated many years of my life to this field in an indirect way. My firsthand experience with the illnesses of my close relatives and my exposure with the ways of handling them has made me well aware of the needs and requirements of this profession.

It has polished my clinical skills and it has made me more determined of achieving a stand and good position in the field of nursing. I believe that a nurse caters to the needs of the patients and the role of a nurse is to improve the health status of the world at the root level. This is where I want myself to be and I wish to bring about a change in the lives of others by providing them with quality services for the maintenance of their health.I have gained significant knowledge and experience in this field and I now need a platform for utilizing my skills and putting them into proper use.

I require proper education to further polish my skills and clinical experience so that I can excel in my field. I have been putting all my knowledge to stand out in this profession and acquire the ability to perform well as a nurse. I can perform my level best to achieve my goals by amalgamating my prior knowledge in the subject of nursing along with my experience. Thus I am ready to devote my time and my life to my career and perform as a good nurse by utilizing all my abilities and experiences.

To successfully accomplish my goals I aim to pursue a degree in nursing from a reputable institution and Finlandia University provides highly regarded educational environment which I need the most. I would like to get an opportunity to learn and flourish in such a dynamically organized learning environment for proper guidance towards the achievement of my aims.
