REF: Application for A Place in Your College for a Business Major I would like to apply for a place in your college/University to pursue a Major in business studies. I am an eighteen year old male who has completed his high school education at a local high school and passed very well. I am a disciplined student who has not had any disciplinary issues with the administration of my former high school and I intend to continue with the same trend if offered an opportunity of joining your institution.

I performed very well in the business studies that I was undertaking in high school and am very interested in pursuing a major in the field. This is additionally because I have been interested in business activities since my childhood days and has grown to become my hobby. I have the ability and the motivation required to enable my success in the business major. It is for this reason that I have decided to pursue a major in business at your institution if given the opportunity. I would also like to pursue my major on a full time basis since it will enable me to fully acquire the necessary skills in the field.

During my stay in high school I participated in various business activities such as attending business conferences and seminars. I was also an active member of the entrepreneurship club and had been elected as the groups organizing secretary. This enabled me to enhance my business skills in the field and in theory. By giving me an opportunity to advance my knowledge in your institution, I will be able to become more competent in the field and give my best to the community in return. I also have not had any inconsistencies in my class room attendances during my time in high school since I do not have any medical complications that affect me.

My guardians also had the financial ability of paying for my education and they have also offered to support me throughout my college education to ensure that I achieve the set goals and skills in a timely fashion. If offered the opportunity of joining your university/college I intend to apply my skills and the knowledge gained in improving the living standards of the people within the country. This will be done by ensuring the goals of the organization I am working for are achieved in a timely and cost effective manner.

I have been working at a commercial bank in my local town as an intern and still continue working for forty hours a week so that I can be able to cater for my expenses more adequately. I would like to attend your institution since it has a good reputation in producing efficient, qualified and productive workers whose demand is very high in the job markets. This implies that after completion of the major I will be able to attain a job in ample time to enable apply my skills to the actual field.

I will also comply with the institutions regulations once accepted into it. I do not intend to be provided with financial assistance by the institution along with other financial institutions.
