Each of the department of the company gets reviewed and thus the company works in proper coordination with each other. This also helps the companies get an idea as to what their current standing is and how they should handle the shortcomings. When the company gets a clearer idea about their own standings, it helps them analyze as to what place they actually have in the market in comparison with their competitors. Analysis In this Client Evaluation the company that has been considered is kSaria. It is a company who provides all kinds of repair and installations related to the cable plants. It is a very reputable company. The main aim of the company is to gain the reputation as the industries best. The industry to which the company belongs is the fiber optics industry. To be able to work in a totally new environment it is important for a manager to be aware of the current situations of the place. The increase in globalization and better travelling facilities has also resulted in many people from different areas in the world to travel to other places for jobs or better career opportunities, therefore, being intercultural competent means that a person should be able to communicate appropriately with people from other cultures, and to learn to value and respect the cultural differences that exist. It has also become necessary for a person who is a manager and aspires to have excellent career path, to be fluent in at least two to three languages and at the same time be very adaptive and as well as resilient enough to learn new cultures and adapt it easily. Today there are a lot of people working in one environment. The makeup of the workforce has changed dramatically this has caused a lot of issues with the general management. Earlier the management was looking to cater one kind of workforce but the multitude of workforce will eventually put the matter out of the hands of the management. People generally have to go and look at various cultures to develop an environment that is mutually acceptable. This is what that has been achieved by the company. Despite the variety of people coming in from various backgrounds the company has been able to maintain its technological edge over the others. The kind of people that have been hired are those who can handle the stress and as well as work according to quality demands of the clients. The service quality and the customer satisfaction are one of the major parts of the customer retention process and the only reason they have been able to retain customers is to be able to satisfy their clients fully so that the customers are satisfied and hence have no issues. It is important that to maintain the edge related to technology that they have developed; they need to keep in touch with the latest possible technologies and hence be continuous in the improvements and the developments that are supposed to be done. The research and development should be a constant process with lots of interest shown by the employees and therefore the employees needed to be trained and as well as knowledgeable enough to actually develop and share any changes that come up. The employees should also be given free time to actually spend on thinking beyond the usual boundaries. The industry to which they belong is the communications industry. There is quite a lot of other companies that exist along with them, but the kind of professionalism and the expertise that they have to offer is what lacks in others. They have fully automated assembly lines and this is what that has actually helped them develop far better image in the market. The automation and the use of copper in the cables that they make is what that has actually helped them develop a far stronger image in the market. The main markets that they have focused upon are the aero space industries and the military bases. They have been providing services for more than a decade and the reason that they are the choice of the government officials is that they are very robust and intricate as well, which gives them a serious kind of edge over their own competitors.
