ID Lecturer Business Communication The kind of information that is required by organizations on a regular basis comprise of the statuses of tasks and actions which are being undertaken within the aegis of an organization. This makes the entire process an easily comprehensible one where the routine operational efforts are mentioned within the information that is compiled. Different kinds of organizations require distinctive information because this makes up the very basis of knowing where the same information will be made use of and how this shall mean harmony of sorts for the people who are in charge of preparing the reports.

The organization that I work for would need this information on a regular basis because it has to make this public and let the people know of the kind of operational efforts that are underway. This will also resolve much of the ambiguities that the stakeholders have of the organization from time to time (Illingworth, 2004). However, this requires a strict code under which information is scrutinized, checked upon and validated for the end results. If this takes a long amount of time, the organization is ready to bear the brunt for it yet the process continues in much the same way.

In the end, the organization is fed with information on a regular basis which is the goal of having a report in the first place.ReferencesIllingworth, D. (2004). New reporting models for business: who needs them? Measuring Business Excellence 8(2)
