The policies to be implemented may become more of a daily house chore which can sometimes be tiring to people.
Additionally, is the fact that the persons in high authority may become an enormous stumbling block to the changes that are about to be readily implemented. Especially when they don’t receive their big bonuses for a long time, they begin to vent their grievances on the public by forcing them to obey what is being presented to them (Von, 1944).
The public view of these policies is in turn negative because they are probably confused and may feel wasted on what to follow what they should or should not do because no definite path has been followed.
They may in turn prefer to continue with their daily duties instead. The issues can be addressed by having transparency between the law makers and people. Dialogue is also key to solving many
