I will focus on the reduction of stress through adherence to mindfulness. Print.The authors focus on the use of mindfulness as a physiological entity. The authors also describe how mindfulness has been incorporated into modern medicine and psychology. In this article, I will be able to highlight the role of psychology in enhancing mindfulness by focusing on cognitive behavioral therapy.

The authors also describe mindfulness and the benefits. One of the benefits highlighted by the authors is on medical and pre-medical conditions. I chose the book due to its relevance to my research on the benefit of mindfulness. The material I will use from this book is on the benefit of mindfulness to medicine.

The article also notes the concept has been successful in the treatment of chronic pain, anxiety, and depression. The author further notes mindfulness can transform us into how we relate to problems. The article will help in showing the profound impact mindfulness has on health professionals and health care. The source is of the essence as it helps in showing the interaction between mindfulness and mental state. The material that I will use from this source is on the effect of mental health.
