Analysis The fundraising’s strengths include the diversity of the services and products. This implies that the fundraising will raise money from numerous sources. Additionally, the large duration coupled with the large number of interested stakeholders ensures that the project exhausts all its resources. Its weakness on the other hand is the huge sum it seeks to raise. The structure of the fund raising creates various opportunities key among which is the organization of tournaments and contacting various stakeholders for their contributions. Its large target remains yet a large threat to the success of the project since most well-wishers would not donate as much. The management of the project must therefore portray creativity in order to ensure that they raise as much money as possible within the set time (Morhardt, Baird and Freeman, 2002). Fundraising Polices, procedures, and ethical obligations Just as the name suggests, participation in the process and contributions are voluntary. As such, the management will develop events, products and services thus devising appropriate ways of soliciting money from the public at their own volition. The program consists of various sporting events and beatification parlors that will offer both entertainment among other services to the attending guests. The events will charge a justifiable fee. The key ethical guidelines include truthfulness and sincerity with the money collected. Those managing the even must always record the proceeds every event raises. Accountability is yet another empirical value that the management must uphold. Fundraising Program Human Resource Management The fundraising team consists of a hundred individuals who hold various offices mandated with various obligations. The a hundred individuals exist in groups of five members and respond to the project manager. In their groups, they coordinate various events, services and programs all of which seek to raise funds. The a hundred individuals are part of the students’ fraternity at the university. In the spirit of the project, they will be volunteering their services to the project. They will use various resources including sophisticated information technology equipment that will help enhance communication and interactions among the teams. However, they must uphold the ethical guidelines and observe safety and security guidelines in order to enhance the success of the project. Fundraising marketing and promotions The fundraising process will comprise of various events, sporting activities and beauty pageants and beautification services among others all of which will help raise funds. The project managers will use various methods in developing a brand and promoting the various products and services. The team will use both the social media and the mainstream media in developing awareness on the various products. In doing this, they will undertake niche marketing thus ensuring that they target the most appropriate target in every case.
