The waiters do not guide customers on how to go about the menu. The food also takes a long time before it is served which makes one lose appetite even before tasting the food in this restaurant. The service level at this restaurant is not very satisfying maybe because the chefs receive no motivation from their employer at all (Wells 2014). For example, roasted salmon, which should be simply prepared with maybe just one type salad to supplement the course, is served in a complicated manner at Cherche Midi restaurant whereby apart from the lentil salad, so many other things like white onions and tomatoes come with this meal, which makes it very awful for me.
