My Chemistry Professor - Essay Example

Some people are very inspirational and they can positively change your life in different ways. Today I am very happy because my chemistry changed my life for the better. During my first days, I was so afraid of his class and when he introduced his syllabus and how his exams were going to be like, my fears increased. However, I did not quit the class due to fear of the unknown. My professor kept on encouraging me sying that I had the potential. The other thing that scared me is that he made the class extremely challenging and he always reminded us that we were supposed to get the best results worth our monies.

Little did I know that this person was going to be my savior and mentor. During his classes, there was no time to waste and I told myself that I was going to excel in his subject. For real, I passed his class with flying colors and I am very proud of myself even up to date. This experience taught me a very important lesson. I reasised that hard work and perseverance are the gateways to success in life. I also learned that it is very important to have self-confidence in whatever you are doing.

It later emerged that all the classes that I have taken after him seem to be easy.
