Jack Jones jazz band among others. As usual, the weekend of 27th June was no exceptional, Jack Jones band was competing with a new band in town called Ron Carter trio band. Both bands are led by Jack and Carter respectively. Jones performed some of his newly composed music jazz genre, and he tried convince the whole crowd why he wanted his band to be recognised the best band in jazz music. His music was well orchestrated and organised with most of the instrument tuned to their right tune, played in the right keys and rhythm. Indeed Jones band members tried to remain on the right keynotes always throughout the music play. However, there rose a problem when the saxophone player went off key, perhaps it was because of a change of song since it was a three-music nonstop competition.Ron Carter trio band, led by Carter, was as well on its right step to fight for their best position in the whole arena of jazz music. The team was similarly organised with all the instruments arranged in a well-choreographed manner to produce the best synchronised music. Their lead soloist was well prepared, and it seemed all went well for the band until some few minute to end when the lead guitar man played an off key note resulting to the presentation to halt for some few minutes to correct the mistake before restarting.In comparing both the presentation, I can start with analysing the first presentation of Jones.It was only interfered with the slight discord that was played by the saxophone player. ...

All these music instruments are used together to bring the musical effects of the intended song. At the concert, the band members were around ten where each and every person played his own instruments as the soloist perform to the beats of the chord. The band members defined jazz from their way of playing the instruments in a rhythmic and flexible manner.
Eastern Washington University (EWU) Repertory presented Steve Owen’s jazz song on 18th April, 2012 at 7.30 PM. The concert was held at the Eastern Washington University. The band consisted of a group singers and different instrumentalists. The performers on instruments were Lauren McKinley on piano, Garrell Stannard and Vinnie Nickoloff on drums, Collins Menning on bass, Balley Noble on vibes, and Will Thackaray on guitar.
Jazz relies on the artist/performer to create music that is neither written nor practiced but shaped from the heart and soul for that at that particular moment in time. Through this method, Jazz has proven to be the type of music that evokes thought and emotions through a shared experience between the artist/performer and listener/audience.
