Nursing Critical Problem ment A clinical problem for nursing and an administrative problem forHEA students Introduction Nurses are described as the prior models for students in the clinical settings; they have important roles on the aspect of student motivation. The major aim of this study is to identify the major clinical issues of nursing students and the administrative problems for the HEA students. The sampling was stated to be successful since it focused on theoretical sampling. In this study, qualitative data was derived from various researches involving the nursing students and their instructors. The research was in the form of interviews where it was recorded, transcribed, and analyzed through the grounded theory approach (Schmidt and Brown, 2009). An important pattern developed during the research and it encompassed of the challenges of being clinically competent. Nurses are defined as the mirrors of the future since they monitor and model their factors through clinical education; this is the definite variable in the research. The research indicated that the attitude of nurses and their manner of performances are the major fundamental role in the process of motivation development through clinical education. The nursing students usually develop an insight based on their nursing profession through the substitution of their positions as nurses and eventually this result to the development of an attitude towards clinical education. One of the major contributing factors of nursing education is the provision of education that motivates them to acquire their skills. This ensures that, in future, they manage to offer effective health care services to their patients who have diverse complex health issues (Vogt, 2007). Through this, the academic institution has encountered diverse challenges. Through the research, we note that the vital barriers entail of clinical education that illustrates the nursing student’s lack of interests and motivation. The nursing students require long-term motivation that helps individuals in the future and through this, they pay attention to the importance of clinical education (Schmidt and Brown, 2009). The clinical placements form a major part of nursing education, and they have a vital role in the student’s perceptions of nursing. Nursing students focus on the under established experiences that form the major reasons for leaving nursing education. Nurses usually represent the largest category of health workers, and this usually provides an estimate of 80% of direct patient care. They represent the professional perceptions images and the future of the nursing careers. These nursing students have a clear perception on the importance of the studies while choosing a nursing as their future career. There are studies that suggest on issues that have a positive concept on nursing studies and they tend to attract diverse applicants. It is noted that the poor public images of nursing contributes to inadequate numbers of students entering the nursing education programs (Steinberg, 2011). It also influences the abrasion rate of students taking nursing for their future career. However, it has been determined that although service orientation remains that a major factor of nursing, nursing students focus on a career that matches their interests and attributes and offer professional value and rewards. Nursing students usually grade their motivation positively based on the differences in the entire education system. The major motivation factor was developing to become a nurse, and the nursing students are regarded as the major sources of learning at the clinics through the social learning patterns. When these individuals possess substantial teaching backgrounds in clinical education, it is noted that this region is theoretically sensitive. Data Collection In this case, the method of data collection usually entails of semi structural and the interactive interviews. The participants usually choose their locations of the interview. In addition, the interviews have many questions that encourage the participants to speak and express their personal experiences based on their aspects of clinical education. All interviews tend to be recorded and transcribed. The data is eventually analyzed using constant comparative methods. In order to maintain transparency, diverse aspects are utilized in the research concerning nursing students. Variant sampling and the achievement of saturation are one of the major attributes that can be utilized to improve the credibility and the confidentiality of the provided data (Vogt, 2007). The prolonged engagement with the participants enables individuals to have faith on the investigators, they also gain their trust, and they manage to obtain in-depth data. Findings It was determined that 16 students participated in research with ten of them being females and the remaining six being males and they were estimated to be between the age of 21 to 25 years. From the research, we identify that the challenges of becoming a nurse are identified as the important aspects of motivation process and the formation of the nursing students during their clinical education. Nursing clinical competence In this case, we view the nursing students based on their spiritual and ideological beliefs of the patients and those accompanying them. This factor aim at caring about the rights of nursing students and this has been identified, and they are among the items exhibited to care about the rights of patients by the nurses. The caring behavior ensures that the nursing students are motivated to continue with their studies (Marczyk et al. 2005). However, the participants in the research usually list the aspects of disregard among the patient’s rights by the nurses since this is described as misbehavior of the patient. The competent nurses are described as effective mirrors of the future, and this means that the working conditions of the nursing students have an effect on their attitudes and motivation (Steinberg, 2011). Extreme working condition is one of the aspects that occur frequently referred to by the participants. The extreme work conditions, they refer to the inappropriate ratio of nurses in comparison patients, their job commitments to working conditions through low salaries and benefits. The observation of moral virtues by the nurses as their role models has resulted to the motivation of the nursing students. Various patient rights have been identified to have an effect on the motivation of nursing students. The participants had the concept that some nurses indicated inhuman behaviors to their patients. The witnessing of such absurd behaviors as nursing role models and they receive negative feedback from the patients concerning their nurses’ behaviors usually results to a decline of clinical learning motivations in students. The clinical effectiveness usually promotes the skills and authorities of the nurses (Marczyk et al. 2005). It is evident that authority is accompanied by the improvement of dignity and self-respect for the nurses. This means that the nurses can be effective options to serve as models for the nursing students and motivate them for clinical learning. In contrast, nurses equipped with low clinical knowledge tend to have undesirable impression on students and according to the researches; this has a negative effect on the views of their professional groups in the clinic and the entire community. Clinical effectiveness promotes skills and authorities of the nurses and this are accompanied by the increase in dignity and self-respect of the nurses. Nurses with low clinical knowledge usually have a bad impression to the students, and this has a negative effect on their professional groups. The student in the recovery of the nurses submission routines have refrained from the effort and declined motivation of learning at the clinics (Marczyk et al. 2005). Through submission routines, nurses usually perform their duties without questioning. Based on this type of performance, we note that nurses lack effective decision-making policies in these situations. This means that the submission of theory routines takes their authority and makes nurses powerless, and this is a major factor of student demotivation. Hypothesis It has been accepted that, through the nursing career, there are favorable aspects of the society, and it offers job security and career variety. It has been concluded that the majority of the students account for the observation of extreme working conditions, as a way of evading their education. This means that such students are motivated for clinical education. Issues concerning payments and the employee benefits are usually concluded in policies met with dissatisfaction, and this means that the imagination of a distorted future is a demotivating aspect of the nursing’s students. The ineffectiveness of nurses in clinics results to a negative perception to the minds of students in their nursing careers. High clinical experiences usually develop through the reinforcement of their individual and societal perception. However, there powerlessness has an effect on their dignity, and this means that the clinical institutions decrease the learning motivation of the students and this represents a distorted image from their nursing careers to them. Students usually seek their future dignity and respect from the current nurses, and the health systems are expected to guard their promotion of the nurses’ dignity based in a factor that provides them with an improved work environment. Student who model and substitute the nursing roles they get insight of their future profession. It is evident that the nurses as role models have the highest influence to nursing students based on their motivation. This affects their performances and working conditions, the proficiency of the nurses are usually influenced by the motivation of the nursing students during their learning at the clinical institutions. Conclusion In conclusion, most of the strategies used by the nursing students, to succumb the challenges they encounter during their learning, usually reflects the ineffective evaluation of the nursing profession and at the end, they lack motivation towards clinical education. Most strategies utilized by the students in the escaping from clinical environment and future nursing usually reflect on the undesirable evaluation of the nursing profession although, in the end, they lack the motivations that are exemplifies through clinical education (Schmidt and Brown, 2009). However, the findings of the study, educational and health authorities usually promote the quality of the nurse’s work to offer better services to the patients through the improvement of their work conditions. This is an appropriate manner of utilizing models that are available to students and this increases their interest in their career studies.
