The research indicated that the attitude of nurses and their manner of performances are the major fundamental role in the process of motivation development through clinical education. The nursing students usually develop an insight based on their nursing profession through the substitution of their positions as nurses and eventually this result to the development of an attitude towards clinical education. One of the major contributing factors of nursing education is the provision of education that motivates them to acquire their skills. This ensures that, in future, they manage to offer effective health care services to their patients who have diverse complex health issues (Vogt, 2007).
