I feel that there would be plenty of opportunities for me after I earn a degree in nursing. I also think that this profession is very rewarding. Besides the fact that this would give me financial stability, being a nurse would give me an opportunity to practice a profession that focuses mainly on the well being of other people. Five years from now, I see myself practicing this career on a full-time basis and in one of the big hospitals in Florida. As mentioned above, I am currently involved in doing health care as a Nursing Assistant. By taking up Nursing, I would be moving up one step further to being able to be of service in the field of medicine and health care. I feel that this is a job that I would truly enjoy doing for a long time. Ten years from now, I see myself still continuing this profession and perhaps, looking forward to the studying a particular area of specialization. I am aware that this field continues to evolve with the discovery of new diseases and medicines. With this knowledge, I wish to further pursue post graduate studies so that I would continue to be competitive and qualified to provide nursing services. My admission into the Seminole Community College’s basic nursing program serves as a great challenge for me. In any given community, education and nursing play a great role in promoting development. According to Carroll it means a certain kind of thinking or a certain kind of attitude to a certain problem (carrol, n.d).
The focus in this paper is on “The Learning Curve”. This essay is short, vivid, and somehow argumentative. Sedaris writes collections of essays and short stories that present the “foolish” world. In most of Sedaris’ essays, he does not present himself as a protagonist, who experiences personal development through facing different obstacles in life.
The reason why I have chosen the Emory School of Nursing is because I am aware it is one of the world´s leading nursing schools. I expect to learn more about working ethics, how to care for patients as a Registered Nurse (RN) and the elements that entails this, and how to recognize the various illnesses that I may have to encounter.
‘Thematic Interpretation’ captures the basic theme of the story and clearly brings forth the view of Hemingway as expressed in the literary piece. The paragraph called ‘Character and Setting’ gives an overview of the character portrayal and setting of the story
The author states that research is the first step. Writer should think on the material available for essay writing and also get the material from internet and books. Second step is analyzing the relevance of topic. Brainstorming for framing the ideas and questions and then answering them is the third step that should be considered.
