Thus, ethical framework of leadership in terms of globalization and multiculturalism is a necessity placed within contemporary development of the world countries. First of all, one should take it into account that ethical culture is among the first creations by an effective leader. The question is that people are likely to participate in different activities. However, they may find no juxtaposition if there are no traditions and culture within their community. That is, cultural diversity justified and applied to a definite group of people relies on learned beliefs and guides for people’s behavior (Shriberg, Shriberg and J.Kumari 21). A company’s strong ethical culture is a pivot for further transformation for better supported by overall success. Hence, ethical issues are to be determined first. The need for ethical leadership grounds on the need for being understood throughout an organization. Leaders need to have feedback on the part of their subordinates.
