Outcome Goals In a month, I expect to know more about the homeless teenagers that their s and ages. 2) In two months, I expect to have helped reunite the homeless teenagers with their families, if possible, or find a source of livelihood for the independent ones. To achieve these goals, I would need to assess why these teenagers are homeless. I assume that some teens had a big disagreement with their parents, left their homes and are letting pride stop them from going back. Some may have lost their parents and would rather live by themselves than with foster parents or relatives.

Based on this background information, I can then create appropriate plans for the teens such as getting in touch with their parents, for those who would like to go back, or helping the independent teens find a safe way to make a living for themselves. For this program to start I would need to ask the teenagers themselves what they want the next step to be. Do they want to continue living alone? Do they need help talking to their parents? I would also need to speak to the parents and explain the situation to them.

This way, once reunited the teenager would not have the impulse to run away again. Moreover, I would need to look for backers who would be willing to take in the independent homeless teens as apprentices or part-time workers. This way, this group of homeless teenagers would be able to make an honest living and live independently. I believe the cost for the program is very minimal and feasible. Expenses would primarily be transportation and initial housing or rental fee for those who want to continue living alone.

I could send letters to philanthropists asking for funds. Also, I could approach large business to make donations for the program. This would be good for them because it could be a tax write-off.
