The need of nurses at hospitals is ever-increasing in America in both the shifts (full-time and nursing). There are various issues that are underlying with the shortage of nurses supply but the most problematic concern in this regard is shortage of nursing faculty.
Nurse patient ratio should be adequate to achieve the required quality of care. Nurses play a vital role in the care for both inpatients and outpatients. Because of this shortage, many countries and hospital management has taken the initiative of training more staff in order to attain the required nurse patient ration.
