In all the age groups, it was common that a person can only stay young if he exercises and has a disciplined, balanced diet.

The elderly are viewed as an age group with knowledge due to experience in life. However, according to the young adults and adults, most of the elderly people are depicted as a possessive and controlling age group. These characteristics tend to be directly proportional to age growth that is as someone becomes older, he becomes more controlling (Anxis, 2012). For example, an elderly person always wants everything done in his way contrary to which a lot of lecturing may follow.

According to an elderly person, as a person grows old, not much changes mentally although a person can analyze situations more deeply. For example, it’s very easy to relate one situation to another and find out the best way forward. According to the young person, when a person gets older his sense of enjoyment tends to decline, and there is no fun in life. A young person believes that there is no more clubbing and having fun (pepper, 2009). According to an adult, old age comes along with information and more mental growth. For example, an adult believes that all proverbs emanate from elderly people.

According to an old person, he would ensure that prices of common goods would go lower so as to increase the ability to purchase or purchase power. According to an adult, more savings should be put into Medicare in order to provide sufficient funds at a later age which would make the health insurance better. According to the younger person, Medicare is sufficient in itself, and the priorities of old should be considered at a later age may from 40 years and above.

According to the young person, the biggest achievement is leaving a good life and making friends who care about them. It is also about a matter of travelling and music. As per the adult, life is about achieving goals and earning wealth which is the new world economic order. According to the elderly person, the biggest achievement in life is having a good family, leaving a healthy life and watching their children grow old and strong.
