This research is being carried out to devise means to understand the symptoms of schizophrenia at an early stage and treatment can be provided to the patient. When the patient is subjected to the program called PROS, usually patients come up with severe symptoms of schizophrenia…
This essay analyzes schizophrenia as a brain disorder where a person is unable to think in a normal way rather the thoughts are distorted, actions as well as emotions are abnormal. The perception of the person is unclear and the individual displays massive amount of behavioral as well as biological perturbation and therefore schizophrenia is regarded as split personality disorder. Schizophrenia is a condition of intricacy of devastating illness, a pathophysiological phenotypic observation is required and thus a thorough understanding of the condition is imperative for the timely cure. Innovative methods must be implemented to enhance the pace of diagnosis of the condition. The present research proposal encompasses innovative methods to diagnose the condition of schizophrenia and implementation of appropriate and timely measures. The proposed study is based on the symptom rating scale scores, although redundancy is observed in the rating scales but a association is essential to highlight the positive and negative characteristics of schizophrenia on the PANS scale. One of the major problems of treatment of patients with mental illness is non adherence to psychotropic medications. Non-adherence to psychotropic medication has soared as high as 90% in the first year in patients taking psychotropic medications. Observation reveals that patients with schizophrenia normally stop their antipsychotic medications mainly because they do not consider the requirement of the medicines to be essential for their well-being and also due to lack of understanding of the mental illness....
One of the drawbacks of PROS encompasses the non-addressed symptoms within the first three visits. If the patient sees Associate Chief Psychiatrist, an evidence based practitioner and a social worker who will be performing the administration of the test. It is essential to procure the opinion of these three individuals in order to achieve success. Problem Statement One of the major problems of treatment of patients with mental illness is non adherence to psychotropic medications. Non-adherence to psychotropic medication has soared as high as 90% in the first year in patients taking psychotropic medications (Weiden, 2007). Observation reveals that patients with schizophrenia normally stop their antipsychotic medications mainly because they do not consider the requirement of the medicines to be essential for their well-being and also due to lack of understanding of the mental illness (Sajatovic, 2010). Severe symptoms cause frustration in patients making them unendurable to participate in groups. Despite extensive evidence and agreement on effective mental health practices for persons with severe mental illness, research shows that routine mental health programs do not provide evidence based practices on the great majority of their patients with such illness (Drake, 2001). Evidence based practice is not always used in the program setting, however the present proposal aims at developing and implementing evidence based practice in the organization. The research proposes a methodology that is able to combat problems in the implementation of the PROS ( Personal Recovery Oriented Services), protocols. Description of organization The present proposal is to be implemented in capstone, a ...

The vital requirement for blood and the belief that it is driving force for the existence of mankind existed since the ancient times. Several scientists have studied the properties of blood and have hence established the various functions performed by blood and its components that include red blood cells, white blood cells and blood platelets.
Basic rights were denied these patients due to their ignorance. With the combination of symptoms they had, they led a terrible life of dependence. The symptoms like hallucinations and delusions isolated them from the others in society. Unable to care for themselves in many ways, they were devoid of social relationships.

Not only mental disorders like schizophrenia and depression but also personality disorders like bipolar and antisocial personality disorders have a great chance of passing on from generation to generation as much research is done as yet in order to explain these all such disorders in terms of genetics and heredity.
Therefore, the patients do not accurately detect what is real. Schizophrenia also involves an intense incapability to think clearly (Noll, 2007). The emotional and social response is intensely impaired. This is therefore a sophisticated disorder to the practitioners.
At often instances, physicists have argued that schizophrenia relates with ethnographic factors. This particular notion will be examined in the following discussion in this section, where an ethnographic study will be performed with reference to archival works on schizophrenia (Kyziridis, 2005, pp.
The research on the disorder has so far improved with advancement in technology but this is only in developed countries. Introduction According to Rigby & Alexander (2008), schizophrenia is a complicated mental disease that has an effect on an individual, family members and the society.
