I shall explain my experience with reference to the Gibbs Reflective Cycle. The six stages of the Gibbs Reflective Cycle are quite sufficient to help me learn from my clinical experiences and make a better nurse. In order to make the reflection schematic, it is customary to offer a brief explanation of the six stages of the Gibbs Reflective Cycle.
