In the current world, timely and clear communication with colleagues, superiors, patients, and their family members is of utmost necessity to enhance patient outcomes. Effective and clear communication is one of the most essential requirements for any healthcare professional in the success of the organization.  A collaborative approach through teamwork can bring miraculous results. In this process, mutual cooperation is a must among all team members because tasks can be accomplished smoothly and successfully through the exchange of ideas and a collaborative attitude among team members (Gokenbach, 2013).
