Communication provides an avenue for the creation of healthy workplace relationships that ensure customers are always satisfied. The experience gained through effective communication is one of the main goals of the nursing profession, and this paper briefly analyzes articles that talk about the importance of communication in this profession. Communication seems to have a tremendous impact on patient outcomes, which means that difficulties result in negative patient outcomes.
