I have done Bachelors of Science in Nursing, and want to continue with my studies. I plan to do my Masters of Science from American Sentinel University. No matter how much of professional experience you gain the importance of an educational degree cannot be matched. I want to continue my studies so that I can continue climbing up the ladder of managerial success. Goal 2 Developing good presentation and handling patient skillsWill look through different case studies in libraries to research matter and gain insightBy December 2015This is something I want to continue for the rest of my life; because what benefit my profession is going to be of if it is not being done with its true essence.

Of handling patients As much as I value my personal professional progress I respect the aura of my profession equally. I want to it with confidence and successfully. Goal 3 Apply for work in a culturally diversified hospital at a managerial level.Dropping resumes after gaining experience and education in various large hospitals. Also will conduct research on what employers actually want from employees.By December 2016To serve on the managerial level has always been one of my most desired dreams.

I believe I can utilize my leadership skills to the most by serving at a managerial position, it will not only be a good move for my personal professional career but I will also be beneficial for my organization. Take up further coursesBy June 2017 , gradually will take up short courses every six months to develop proficiencyI will achieve this goal by keeping a balance between my studies and work life during my masters. By gaining more work experience along with my MSN I first want to become Manager Nursing at my facility and then eventually achieve my ultimate goal.

Goal 5 To serve with the true spirit of NursingBy nursing patients, I will be able to gain wide experience and also develop my compassionate skills.Ongoing processAlong with the goal of achieving success both professionally and academically my utmost important goal is to fulfill my responsibilities with the true essence of nursing. ConclusionThese are some major goals which I want to achieve in the coming three years of my life confidently. Strong motivation and confidence will lead towards a successful professional development for individuals (Mackay, 2007).

These may seem just three goals but my entire professional future depends on the successful achievement of these goals.
