Primary prevention aims to protect healthy people from tuberculosis (Allender & Judith, 2014). The first primary measure is to educate workers about the causes of tuberculosis, mode of transmission, management, and prevention. The second measure is to ensure immunization of every employee against tuberculosis. Secondary prevention aims to diagnose the disease and treat those infected. It halts the spread of tuberculosis. The first measure is to tell workers with tuberculosis to take anti-tuberculosis drugs daily. Secondly, recommend regular tuberculosis screening of the workers. Tertiary preventive measures are aimed at managing those infected by the disease (Allender & Judith, 2014). First, refer those infected and are traumatized to rehabilitation programs. Secondly, form workers support groups.
