Master’s prepared nurses take the role of instruction in practice environments, in staff development programs, associates in faculties and as clinical preceptors. Those who want to take up long term faculty teaching positions in educational institutions need doctorate qualifications. Nurse educators with master’s qualification are also advised to have certifications in their areas of specialization inside the entire discipline.
