The factors are critical in the selection of the best-qualified candidate.Recruitment ProcessA hiring manager is, and the HR department conduct the selection of a candidate that receives a job.

Role of HR in RecruitmentA human resources managers role is to coordinate the process of hiring the desired employee. The manager in Human Resources prepares an updated job description and makes a request to higher to the Hiring Nurse Manager for approval.Role of Hiring Nurse ManagerThe hiring manager prepares a job posting and newspaper ad for review based on the job description. The manager can advise on other parts of the recruitment and selection process if it is deemed necessary. The Hiring Manager assists the HR in preparation of advertisements, design of the selection process and postings.

Advertisement of Job OpeningsEmployees in an organization can play a role in the recruitment process. If they enjoy their job, the will recommend applicants. It can be facilitated by using an employee referral portal to communicate new positions to the employees. As the word gets around, applicationswill start to trickle in. Adverts for the vacancies can be placed in the organization’s website or social sites such as LinkedIn and Twitter.Constraints Experienced in Recruiting Qualified ApplicantsHiring Manager’s greatest challenge is a shortage of qualified candidates.
