Stimulation of excess insulin promotes synthesis body fat and cholesterol. Low-Density Lipoprotein cholesterol, triglycerides and decreased High-Density Lipoprotein are as a result of the impaired insulin. Central obesity increases the likelihood of severe diseases especially cardiovascular diseases and diabetes.
