It provides purpose and clear idea of where one is going to in life and inspires direction to be able to compass actions towards achieving personal goals and objectives (Hansen, 2011). A career vision helps define where an individual wants to be in the future.
Value development doesn't require special efforts, but it certainly requires utmost care in the upbringing and development of the individual or a group of individuals. The individual gains values from what she sees in her surroundings and in her elders.
