This includes the administration, management and staff that are involved in the facility. A facility that has a succinctly arranged way of delivering its services is likely to record better performance.
A facility does not record positive performance without any inputs. Therefore, the performance of the facility will be dictated by the amount of inputs that are available. This includes the number of laborers, the medical equipment and assistance from other facilities, medicine and drugs. Without the stated inputs, the facility is likely to record dismal results in service provision (Smith, 2010). Apparently, the inflow of inputs is directly linked to the performance of the facility.
