Staffing Plan for an Engineering Organization To begin with, I have to set down our goals and objectives after determining the kind of business that our organization will be in. The next step is to figure out and draw a strategy on how the organization is going to achieve those particular goals and objectives. In addition, I have to arrive at a decision with respect to the specific kind of jobs that are to be done and the specific people who are to be responsible in rendering their duties as they do the jobs.
