International business in the globalization process The costs involved in the globalization process comprise of the misgivings that the parent nationals have of the organization. This is because globalization can keep away the nationals to work for global giant companies and create disharmony amongst the relevant ranks. Other major issues include the environmental hazards which come about within the country where globalization has made its mark. The companies which encourage the existence of corporate social responsibility within their business realms are the global giants who want to attract newer markets and entice customers from all over the world.

This means that these global giants are ready to look after the societal aspects since they have understood how things work within their own respective areas. An example of such a global giant is Shell which has earmarked corporate social responsibility campaigns within the fields of education and empowerment to the small business owners all over the world (Daniels, Radebaugh, Sullivan, 2011). The less than responsible businesses could be given food for thought since these global giants are playing big within the corporate social responsibility realms and ask for encouragement within their own ranks.

They could find new ways and means to go out there and bring about a significant difference within the lives of the people, just like the global giants that have invested heavily within the corporate social responsibility undertakings. In essence, the role played by the major businesses in this day and age is of tremendous influence and should be treated as such because this embodies the basis of a significant change in the times to follow.
