My chosen field of career is towards business information systems. Human development probes the different stages of life to better understand how people work, this would be beneficial for my chosen career as I would have to work with people from diverse backgrounds and it a would be helpful to understand them better. 2. How do we define the stage “adult” in lifespan development? Will your understanding of what it is to be an adult change in different contexts? How? (5) The adult stage is divided into early, middle and late adulthood. Early adulthood takes place around seventeen to thirty five years age, middle adulthood is from forty to sixty five while late adulthood is the time span from sixty years onwards. Each ere is different and would involve changes in behavior. The adult stage can be different for different people. Some may enter early adulthood later than others, while some may have slower transition from early adulthood to middle adulthood. These are the differences that come with the change in contexts.
