Organizational Change Plan Inserts His/Her Inserts Grade Inserts 21 April Organizational change focuses on increasing compliance with organizational goals and objectives. The research focuses on evaluating the implementation of a new project or delivery method in an organization with emphasis on using critical data sources. The research focuses on the necessity to have a match between the goods and services an organization is providing and the organizational structure. The implementation of a new project or delivery method in an organization, especially the health care organization, is favorable.

In evaluating the implementation of a new project or delivery method in an organization, what would be the critical data sources you would use to measure the financial outcomes? In evaluating the implementation of a new project or delivery method in an organization, the best critical data sources one would use to measure the financial outcomes are the balance sheet and income statement, especially in the health care organization. Steven Berger (2007) theorizes the financial analyst can compare the variance between the financial statements indicated as prior to the implementation of the new project or delivery in an organization and the financial statemetns indicated as after the implementation of the new project or delivery in an organization.

For example, the financial analyst will determine if the health care organisaton’s sales had increased after the implementation of a new project or delivery method by comparing such sales with the sales generated before the implementation of the new project or delivery method. An increase in the sales will indicate the change was beneficial to the health care organization. However, the implementation of a new project or delivery method would not be beneficial to the organisaton if the implementation of the change did not generate an increase in the organization’s revenues, especially the health care organization.

Further, the financial analyst will determine if the health care orgnisation’s electricity expense had declined after the implementation of a new project or delivery method by comparing such expense with the electricity expense generated before the implementation of the new project or delivery method. A decrease in the electricity expense will indicate the change was beneficial to the organization. However, the implementation of a new project or delivery method would not be beneficial to the organisaton if the implementation of the change did not generate a decrease in the organization’s electricty expense.

Evaluation Design and Sampling Strategies to be Used to Assess This Evaluation Question. Gerda Koch (2008) imposes the evaluation design is to compare the financial statement statistical data taken prior to the implementation and after the implementation of the new project or delivery method in an organization, especially the health care organization. The sampling strategies are to focus analysing variances in the financial statements. Thus, the financial analyst shall randomly select a sample of 20 percent of the total items of each major account found in the financial reports.

The financial analyst shall scrutinize if there was an increase or decrease in each of the items that were randomly selected. An increase in revenues indicates the implementation of a new project or delivery method in an organization is favorable. On the other hand, a decrease in revenues indicates the implementation of a new project or delivery method in an organization is unfavorable. Likewise, an increase in the expenses indicates the implementation of a new project or delivery method in an organization is unfavorable.

A decrease in expenses indicates the implementation of a new project or delivery method in an organization is favorable. The evaluation design and sampling strategies would be used to assess the evaluation question. The evaluation question is: Is the implementation of a new project or delivery method in an organization, especially the health care organization, favorable? Why is it necessary to have a match between the goods and services an organization is providing and the organizational structure?

Marie Muller (2006) emphasised it necessary to have a match between the goods and services an organization, especially the health care organization, is providing and the organizational structure. The organizational structure affects the delivery of goods and services. For example, a decentralized organizational management structure can act faster on terms of delivery of goods and services, especially in the life-threatening health care environment. On the other hand, a centralized organizational management structure would cause a delay in the delivery of goods and services to the clients, especially in the life and death environment of the health care organizations.

Clinical governance focuses making health care staff responsible and accountable for the delivery of quality health care service as well as safeguarding the high standards of care by implementing an environment in which clinical excellence can flourish efficiently and effectively. Based on the above discussion, organizational change complies with organizational goals and objectives. The implementation of a new project or delivery method in an organization, especially the health care organization, with emphasis on using critical data sources should be scrutinised in terms of favorability.

There is a necessity to have a match between the goods and services an organization, especially the health care organization, in terms of providing and the organizational structure.
