Constructing the site is important to an SME analyst because if the site is poorly constructed customers will not be able to use the site properly. Not only will customers be unable to use the site properly, but other members of the VA team will not be able to use it properly. A company cannot stay competitive in today’s market. 6.) Conducting simulations is important to a company, because if a company conducts simulations it is a way of testing new products, and services that the company can offer. If the company does not conduct the simulations and the tests on the products and services before going to market the company, the mites find that the customers find the products and services useless.
