Introduction

Justice is attained in entrepreneurship through proper following of business ethics and code of conducting business. The entrepreneur serves justice only by following certain set standards in the conduction of business. Spiritual leader Justice can be marked out as the fundamental fairness in multidimensional connections flanked by individuals and their establishments. The fairness contributes to societal stability through the institution of certain fairness principles. Justice can be viewed at different levels such as social justice. At the social level, justice can be attained through diverse ways. Social justice seeks providing grounds for social equity for all people despite their age, race and other differences that arise within different personalities. Justice is better achieved through the observation of two dimensions of fairness. The two most imperative dimensions in the conveyance of justice are guaranteeing human liberties and following the laws that have been instituted within a certain civilization.
