Like any other procedure, ethics is related to behavior of human beings alone. Ethics has have a tremendous effect on human behavior and as a human being, when given a wide range of options, a person can identify the distinction between good and bad. A person can select the option that is best for him or her. The best should be according to the person in hand, how he admits what he wants and desires and also what is important to him. When a person identifies what is best for him, and then comes the premise of the most convincing ethical system he should dwell in (Bishop, 2000). If we perceive capitalism to be the most convincing ethical system or the institute of ethics then we first have to define what capitalism is. It is theory of the law. It is that theory of law that constitutes of description of property rights of an individual. This means to determine and avert the conflicts. Conflicts arouse when human beings make irreconcilable decisions about some of the resources that are used in ways proposed most of the times. This Theory of Law relies on the acknowledgment that individual actions are based on the decisions made by individuals and they are brought together by sense of responsibility (Kristol, 1978). Most of the resources are spent on the decisions that individuals make. The person who finally decides fate or use of a resource possesses the resource in actuality. Future conflicts regarding conflicts can be prevented by determining who has the authority to make decisions about the resources and who can legally hold it. Capitalism is therefore about recognizing the potentially disrupted resource an owner or proprietor can have. It’s the only way out to avoid the conflicts about future and determines who will get the resource in the end. To avoid the future conflicts about the resources and who will take what decision is about who is the lawful owner of resources. Therefore, capitalism is based upon recognizing owner and proprietor (Bishop, 2000). The ownership of resources is not subjective to anything in the realm of capitalism. Considering the ethical inferences of capitalism, it is highly advisable to unbalance the model of theoretical capitalism from the history of human civilization with the idea of emphasizing the significance of one’s freedom. This is the way that laissez-faire and free-market capitalism exist in market and also the perfect model of human society which ceases a difficult task for native Romans and Greeks and also the medieval kings. But, capitalism reassumes democracy as its highlight. The most basic form of economy and government is capitalism in its democratic form (Kristol, 1978). The possession of individual rights is the basic form of capitalism and everyone should have a free will in capitalism. It is known for giving autonomy to individuals on the basis of property rights, and freedom upon one’s own mind, body, and the spirit. Therefore, the everlasting rule of capitalism is that natural resources should be used by human beings free of will. Human beings are free to practice their rights until they don’t intervene in others’ rights. The historical theory of Karl Marx materialism is to try to impose laissez-faire in medieval rulers which is not right jurisdiction of this presumption. If laissez-faire depends on development in history, how it is the best form of human civilization. These ideas dwindle in the mind of one as one pertains to think about comparison of contemporary capitalism from the pre-historic capitalism (Bishop, 2000). But, with powers comes responsibility. It is the ethical responsibility of an individual to have the freedom of recognizing the outcomes of such decisions. Therefore, all the creators receive what they make, regardless of the negatively or positivity of such object. Considering this justification, destroyers are solely responsible for the things they have destroyed, regardless of the notion that it is bad or good. The alteration of these phenomena, an individual gets to destroy and create things alike and then get to blame as well as be praised as per his actions. Guilt refers to the idea that the thief must reimburse to the victim his property (Kristol, 1978). Friedrich Hayek’s second-cousin called Ludwig Wittgenstein defined the relationship between observations concerning the association between capitalism and ethics. Capitalism in collective ideas can be seen as a force of rights and individuality such as freedom. This perception can change or modify from time to time. Regardless of the antagonistic ideas about capitalism, it is still practiced in many societies all around the world. It focuses on mutual good for all which is made by voluntary efforts of the people. Therefore, capitalism bears individuality and emphasizes on property rights of individuals. The transfer of property is voluntary and owner may be able to give or exchange property to anyone who is willing and eager on the conditions they may specify by sitting and meeting together. The final outcome is that property is a divisible asset; it can be divided physically and also by an agreed arrangement they may make. The proprietor may divide his or her property so that it can be exchanged to other person via a contract (Rabinowitz, 2012). The contract of capitalism was presented by Aristotle some 300 years before Christ. He believed in Virtue Ethics which is the well being of society as a whole. Aristotle said that well being of a society is the totality of society as a whole, and not the individual parts. All the parts when combine together forms the morality of an ethical society. It is true that Aristotle in fact had nothing to do with capitalism and that his philosophy of virtue ethics was rejected by Kant. Virtue to Aristotle is difference between two means. Modern capitalism is based on Aristotle’s ideas and philosophy which takes into account the realm of capitalism and is focused on individuality (Rabinowitz, 2012). Capitalism and ethics go along with each other. The selection between bad and good, illegitimate or legitimate, actions still goes hand in hand. There is a differentiation between a person’s behavior, and boosting up the morale. Unless you show legitimacy to the individual person, and it was an extraneous differentiation as individual action pertains. The area of Law is at action here. Extensively, these individuals are obliged to do what is lawful and what is not. People consider sentence for their deeds that were usually found to be pessimistic, they will abstain from getting into such things or go through anger in society, and in the end be taken away from society as they take place (Hoppe, 1989). The ideas about legitimacy, consequences in what people perceive the obligations to be important. Law makes facts. This force made huge propaganda by which legitimacy feelings were cultivated and created. The property rights were enforced according to capitalism. Under Capitalism, the proprietorship of these resources may protect the intruders, trespassers, and proprietor of modified or destroyed property which may need compensation from unintentional and intentional thieves, destroyers, vandals, and borrowers (Daianu & Vranceanu). The recent past concerning Western Civilization is a model that will suggest an intriguing idea with the relation between the ethical standards and economic development. It is likely that three regions and their boundaries are described in societal ideas. What is honest or dishonest, discourteous or courteous, unfair or fair will be differentiate among various cultures and also is modified over long time periods within a respected culture. As a result, ethical practices in a business situation can be varied among cultures and over a specified over same culture. Considering a culture, procedure of development in economic development might raise the levels of ethical practices measured rightly. This should be the case when competition prevails in market and economy. The living standards should facilitate the economic agents to go to the next level for the benefit of a capitalist society. Business leaders are more hesitant towards ethical issues; these agents are the leaders in capitalism system. Capitalism is the most ethical way of life and society.
