Sensation, Perception and Attention Introduction Environment has a vital influence on the process of sensation, attention and perception required inthe learning process and it has been identified as the most essential aspect which facilitates the learning by each Learning Team member. It is when the team members take effective steps to manage their environment such as minimizing noise, getting enough rest and addressing the physical needs prior to team meeting etc that they reach a higher threshold of learning activity.

Attention, a state of focused awareness and readiness to respond, is the "first step in sensation and perception" and they together form the fundamental psychological condition for learning. (Johnstone, 2003, p. 87). Conclusion Sensation, perception and attention are the three most essential criteria for realizing the learning process and the environment has a vital impact on these. The fundamental precondition for effective learning in a group is the creation of the most constructive environment which facilitates the process of sensation, attention and perceptive of each Learning Team member.

It has been evidently concluded that the accommodation of the auditory sensation, perception, and attention to learning has a primary value. Therefore, the creation of a favorable learning environment by reducing the various impediments to focused attention and sensation and perception in the group learning process is most essential.
