Toys for Toddlers labeled as Developmentally AppropriateThis is now a scientifically proven fact that social and cultural learning begins in the early childhood. (Shutts 2010). The environment and objects that surround children ultimately determine what they are going to observe and learn from the beginning of life. The Researchers and the Psychologists agree to the fact that children must be provided with developmentally appropriate toys at each age group, to enhance the learning process going on inside brain as elaborately as we can.

This never means the most expensive toys; rather it simply implies that we can direct a child`s flexible mind as early as possible into specified learning through playing objects.Almost all objects of playing make toddlers learn something new; for instance Gross motor abilities are enhanced greatly by push- and- pull toys, riding- toys and rocking horse from the start of their life. Later on in life they could be able to get hold of fine motor skills by bead stringing and setting up of small pegs.

Toddlers can be educated through electronic books and board books; Math, letters and names of animals and objects of daily use. Social interaction is learned by Chutes and Ladder game, Flannel board game and lotto game, which enables child to develop mutual fellowship, leading and sacrificing abilities. Curious and eager- to- learn attitude is developed by toys such as magnets and puzzles. All parents should encourage children to play with hygienic and simple toys, and let them develop creativity and confidence by playing with objects closed to natural human life; so their children could grow and prosper in every walk of life in a natural way.
