Happiness Management - Personal Statement Example

Several philosophers’ associate happiness with the good life but psychologists simply believe that happiness is a positive state of individual emotions that have nothing to do with the individual state of wealth and kind of family one has. It is a natural gift entitled to every human being on the planet. In this work, I will focus on my personal happiness as far as psychologists’ points of views are concerned. Generally, I am a happy person; it is hard to judge your own personal happiness but I can rate my joy or contentment on how my friends or neighbors view me.

I have several friends, both physical and virtual (friends in social sites like Facebook). And I get several compliments in regards to my happiness. Some friends usually call me when they are depressed so that I may assist them to manage their happiness. I get several facebook updates and tweets just complementing my ever smiling face. I benefit a lot from my happiness status. For instance, I focus on my personal, academic and professional duties. I have several friends. Besides, I do not suffer from any disease or condition associated with sadness or life depression.

In addition, I have a sound mental system among other positive tributes. Let the readers of this work understand that I am a normal human being who is subjected to the general tribulations of this world.
