This made them to come up different theories considered on physiological and psychological concepts, which helped them in their collection of data. During their experiments, they came up with different nature of responses especially with rats. Sinner noticed that the responses were influenced by the response to the stimulus paradigm. His work at this time was influenced by Watson and Pavlov who inspired the experiments he did. He then realized that his works could be transferred to the humans and the manner they respond to issues.

He then established theories to explain the experiment showing that disciplines in classrooms can be used in molding the manner in which discipline is instilled in children, which will take years (Skinner, 2008). These theories were directly not implicated to classrooms but they have been found to be the correct methods to be used in the explanation of his theory since 1960s. During his time of implication of the theory, he initiated three main concepts. He implied: “Neutral operants: responses from the environment that neither increase nor decrease the probability of a behavior being repeated.

” (Skinner, 2008) “Reinforcers: Responses from the environment that increase the probability of a behavior being repeated. . This is explained by the general implication of Skinner is that human beings have voluntary actions which are influenced after an event has taken place and this calls for performance of certain acts (Thorndike, 1995). His theory then explains the behavioral modification which is normally used in every aspect of education. This is used in the manner in which the student can made to change the behavior through reinforcement of certain policies.

The other implication is based on the constant reinforcement. In his works, he explained that it is not all the voluntary behaviors can be determined by action that might have taken place immediately due to the performance of the act. This theory is used in the explanation of the manner in which teachers have been seen to rein force ways in which they discipline their students (Thorndike, 1995). This is used by teachers to make their students learn new ways and rules that have been set in accordance to rules, ideas, and skills that the students have.

This is normally initiated after it has been realized that the student has changed and he has done something that corresponds to the set rules. This would mean that the student might have done something nice. The other establishment is based on intermittent reinforcement. This is usually enacted when the all the rules in the class room are followed by the student but when they are not in class they do something that is different. This will make the teachers come up with ways which are applicable to them in class and outside the class room (Skinner, 2008).

According to Skinner, the teacher should ensure that the reinforcement of rules in class are lessened, but the rules set outside the class are put into perspective. The final establishment is the reinforcement of
