This paper will investigate the difference between the sacred Mecca city and Medina revelations. Discussion The Mecca sanctuary lies in the SW region of the Modern day Saudi Arabia, close to the Red Sea. Many years prior the emergence of Islamic Religion, the city served as the fundamental, trade, socio-cultural and evangelistic House for all communities in Arabic world. Mecca City gave rise to the most prominent antichrist ever to exist in the last over two thousand years) and to the Islamic religion. Some non-Muslims have witnessed Hajji Rituals and rites, as they are mainly restricted from entering sacred Medina and Mecca cities. Several roadblocks are designed along the pathways and roads heading to Mecca to prevent non-Muslim entry. The popular non-Muslim case entering the sanctuary was that of Richard Burton, a traveler from Britain, exploration in 1853. Sir Richard camouflaged himself as an Islamic believer from Afghanistan to enter and draft unique excursion story to both Mecca sanctuary and Medina. While Meccan revelations only address Muhammad himself or entire men fraternity, the Medina revelations always address the followers of Muhammad. Scholars also argue that Medina revelations serve two distinct purposes - social and constitutional function, (LaHaye 63). In addition, it can function as a guiding standard to be copied rather than a duplicable manual. Medina revelations also demonstrate the acceptable relationship amid a constitutions and revelation. Muslims believe that Medina revelations and other revelations are recorded in the sacred book, Koran and should be literally recited every time. In comprehensible terms, Mecca is an Islamic holy or sacred city and a fundamental aspect of the five faith pillars. Mecca marks the basis of Allah’s messenger and the dwelling place of Allah. On the other hand, Medina revelations are God’s message to the followers of Muhammad, via Allah’s messenger (Muhammad). Medina revelations focuses on Muhammad’s acts as an emerging leader of Muslim religious society, first as Judge or go-between, and later as a tribal leader of an emerging Arabian tribes, (Locate 74). Medina revelations contain a number of revelations and message given to Allah’s messenger (Muhammad), via divine inspiration. Conclusion A clear understanding of Medina revelations and Mecca are some of the most crucial aspects of Koran science. It is increasingly of historical significance, but mainly imperative to comprehension and interpretation of related Koran verses.
