I resolved to finish my studies no matter what. This challenged me to dig my head deep in books rather than gallivanting until study became like an addiction to me and studying a pleasure, an opportunity and a privilege. I am currently completing my undergraduate studies and I can say my efforts paid off. Though others may not be very satisfied with my performances in school, I am quite proud of my achievements because I know what I have been through. The changes in me can be likened to the metamorphosis of a caterpillar to a beautiful butterfly, at least in the inside. I have now become more reasonable with the things I do and have finally found meaning in them. This is the very reason why I want to enroll in the Masters degree right after my undergraduate studies, taking the opportunity to be educated while I am still young. As they say, learning is much easier when a person is younger because their brains are still developing. I would like to nurture my brains and my whole being with the wealth one can find in knowledge and understanding with the help of university people who I believe are enriched by their experiences and expertise. Being strong is not projected only through the physical aspect but more so, on the emotional and psychological as well as a person’s established strong beliefs.
