U.S With drawl from Afghanistan and its impact on the global politics: Thesis ment: The United of America undertook an expansion and invasion in to Afghanistan which at present stands as one of the longest and difficult battles American army has landed into. The war has had its regional, economic, social and military impacts on all the stakeholders. The year 2014 is termed as the exit year, clearly devised strategies need to be brought into force with regard to finding an amicable solution to the problem at hand. United States of America fought in Afghanistan as a result of the attacks launched on it in the form of Twin Towers bombing. The war has been the longest in the history of American history, yet till date it has not achieved its objectives clearly. Early in 2014, the pullout from Afghanistan was decided and agreed upon. In the wake of such circumstances, Afghanistan is a land locked country, and situation there in always impacts the peace and stability of region with its peace or otherwise state of existence. In the midst of the withdrawal of the ISAF forces, Afghanistan presents a new challenge. Afghanistan at present is at a challenge to itself, to the global peace, to the regional security, stability and overall dynamics of the international politics. Afghan government is frail and does not enjoy the resource or the infrastructure that will enable it defending itself against the rival groups and the outlaws. The very fact that the incumbent government’s influence is limited to the green belt is the reflection of the overall writ of state enjoyed by the American backed government. Afghanistan is an ethnic split country offers problems in multiple proportions. The challenge of ensuring and bringing about the Pukhtoon and the non- Pukhtoon on table and bringing them to terms with regard to the power sharing has been one of the challenges that needs to be looked into and addressed with regard to the overall future dynamics and future outlook of Afghanistan. The last decade or so since the invasion of United States of America has seen the isolation and total targeting of the Pukhtoon in the form of Taliban who were being targeted where ever spotted, based on this the country has seen severe ethnic divide within themselves leading to catastrophic outlook at present in the form of social divide and social disparity. The withdrawal of the allied forces will give the Taliban space and possible opportunity to get back into authority with regard to the offensives being undertaken and conducted against the Afghan government. The recent times have seen relatively increased trend in the attacks on the government offices, government personnel and other V.I.P areas. The state of affairs in Afghanistan with regard to the locals and social outlook depicts a scene that is reflective of virtually civil war like surroundings and environment. The fact that the government can only operate in traces, the military is nowhere near capable of operating and protecting the country on its own, the economy in shambles and the defense budget so required is extremely high, all these factors if compiled together make up for the ideal scenario and situation of a civil war that Afghanistan is confronted with at present. Under the Bilateral Security Agreement that is signed between United States of America and Afghanistan which pertains to the future of the region and Afghanistan, the agreement will have shorter as well as mid to large scale impacts on the region. The overall span of the agreement lasts from 2014 to 2024 and given the fact that the region is highly important with regard to the central Asian borders and business routes, the stability of Afghanistan or the instability otherwise will have a direct impact on the trade, economies, peace, and overall prosperity of the region. With a mere token force of over 9 thousand troops being left that are to participate in Afghanistan and train and administer over the security of the major regions in the capital and other adjoining parts, the overall focus of consideration is upon how the region will absorb the overall pressure in the wake of vacuum being created through the exit of United States of America (Goodman). The interests of the adjoining states intertwined are also associated with one another. For example, Pakistan, India, Iran are all interlocked in their interests and perspectives with regard to how the future of Afghanistan unfolds. The ties between each of them will have an impact on the military, social, cultural and economic outlook of the region in next three to five years. Possible using of Afghanistan as a corridor towards the Central Asian states and bringing the maximum out of their resources possessed in the form of lithium and other natural resources is another area and plus that is required to be invested in and the resources should be protected in order to add to the economy of Afghanistan. Under the agreement Afghanistan will undergo training and assistance on multiple fronts. These include the element of how to train the paramilitary troops, how to provide them with the handling of the scenarios pertinent to the Taliban attacks and flying the fighter plans. United States of America should provide a platform for the nations to incorporate their resources, skills, expertise and economic assistance with the help of which the crippled economy can be made to stand on its feet again, further more the defense system can be revamped through the proper guidance and training of the individuals and the paramilitary. The paramilitary is engaged in a battle with the guerilla warfare mannered individuals who are hard to trace on the road and can only be strategically halted in their actions and strategies. Conclusion: Though the withdrawal is on the cards and the NATO and ISAF troops have withdrawn too, the overall work is cut out in the form of making Afghanistan a secure place in terms of living in the longer run. Providing for the social needs of the individuals and the economic means towards supporting the economy of Afghanistan and enabling it meeting the challenges of the modern day are few of the goals and objectives that must be put forth before United States of America (Goodson, p. 186).
